Return and Refund Policy
At CutesyCurio, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated, high-quality décor products. Every order is carefully inspected, securely packed, and dispatched through our fulfilment network across India.
Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. 7-Day Return Policy (Ready-to-Ship Products)
We offer a 7-day return window for eligible ready-to-ship products from the date of delivery.
To qualify:

The item must be unused and in original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

The product must not show signs of use, installation, or damage after delivery
All returns are subject to inspection and approval once received at our facility.
If approved, the refund will be processed as per the payment method used (see Section 6).
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered by us.
2. Made-to-Order
Made-to-order and customised products are specially crafted upon order confirmation.
These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases of:

Manufacturing defect

Transit damage

Incorrect product delivered
Please refer to Section 5 for damage claim requirements.
3. Imported Products
Imported products are specially sourced and reserved upon order confirmation.

Cancellations are allowed only within 4 hours of placing the order

Returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
4. Seasonal & Festive Products
Seasonal and festival-specific products (including Ramadan and Eid collections) are time-sensitive.
To maintain fairness and product integrity:

Returns for seasonal items must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Requests made after the relevant festive period may not be eligible for return
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Share a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the unopened outer packaging

Provide clear images of the issue
This helps us assess and resolve your concern quickly.
Once verified, we will offer:

A replacement (subject to availability), or
-
A refund if replacement is not available
6. Refund Method & Processing Time
For Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.
For COD Orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after return approval.
Customers may be required to share accurate bank details for processing.
Please note that payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement.
After this window, orders enter processing and cancellation may not be possible.

8. Reverse Logistics & Return Process
Once a return request is approved:

In select locations, we may arrange reverse pickup

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product to our designated address
Instructions will be shared via email.
9. Shipping Cost Deduction (For Free Shipping Orders)
While we offer Free Shipping Across India, if a customer initiates a return for reasons other than damage or error on our part, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
10. Non-Eligible Return Cases
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

Used or installed products

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

Slight measurement variations within acceptable tolerance

Damage caused after delivery

Requests made beyond the eligible return window
